Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using all services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the Clinic on its website.

The terms used in these Terms of Use are defined as follows:
1. User: A person who receives the Services provided by the Clinic in accordance with these terms.
2. Service Contract: A contract concluded between the Clinic and the User regarding the use of the Services.
3. Registration: The act of completing the service contract by filling in the required information on the application form provided by the Clinic and agreeing to these terms.
4. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing the personal information necessary for membership on this site.
5. User ID: A combination of English letters and numbers selected by the User and approved by the Clinic for member identification and use of the Services (only one ID can be issued per Resident Registration Number).
6. Password: A combination of English letters, numbers, and special characters set by the User themselves to protect member information.
7. Termination: An expression of intent by the Clinic or the Member to terminate the service contract after using the Services.
If a member does not agree to the amended terms, they may request membership withdrawal (termination). If the member continues to use the Services without expressing refusal even after 7 days from the effective date of the amended terms, they will be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.

② The Clinic may amend the contents of these terms if deemed necessary. The amended terms will be announced on the service screen, and if the member continues to use the services without expressing refusal even after 7 days from the announcement, they will be deemed to have agreed to the amendments.
③ If the User does not agree to the amended terms, they may stop using the services and cancel their membership registration. If they continue to use the services, it is considered that they have agreed to the amendments, and the amended terms will take effect in the same manner as the preceding paragraph.
Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, and other relevant laws and regulations.
The service contract is established by the Clinic's acceptance of the User's application for use and the User's agreement to the terms and conditions.
An application for use can be made by the user entering their personal information into the registration form required by the Clinic on the member information screen of the Services.
① If a member applies by accurately filling out all details in the application form, the application for service use shall be approved unless there are special circumstances.
② Approval for use may be withheld in any of the following cases:
1. If the application is not made under one's real name.
2. If the application is made using another person's name.
3. If the contents of the application are falsely stated.
4. If the application is made for the purpose of hindering public order and good morals.
5. If other application requirements set by the Clinic are not met.
If the information entered at the time of application changes, the member must update it. The member shall be responsible for any issues arising from the failure to update such information.
The Clinic shall not disclose or distribute a member's personal information obtained in connection with the provision of the Services to any third party without the member's consent. However, this shall not apply if there is a request from a state agency pursuant to the provisions of laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications, if it is for the purpose of a criminal investigation, or if there is a request made in accordance with the procedures prescribed by other relevant laws and regulations.
① The Member must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Services:
1. Fraudulently using another member's ID.
2. Reproducing, publishing, or providing information obtained from the Services to a third party.
3. Infringing on the Clinic's copyright, a third party's copyright, or other rights.
4. Distributing content that violates public order and good morals.
5. Acts objectively judged to be associated with a crime.
6. Acts violating other relevant laws and regulations.
② The Member may not engage in commercial activities using the Services, and the Clinic shall not be held responsible for any results arising from such commercial activities.
③ The Member may not transfer or gift the right to use the Services or any other status under the service contract to a third party, nor may they provide it as collateral.
① The Member holds the management responsibility for the maintenance of their own emails, bulletin board posts, registered materials, etc., as necessary.
② The Member may not arbitrarily delete or modify the materials provided by the Clinic.
③ The Member must not register any content on the Clinic's website that violates public order and good morals, or infringes upon other rights such as a third party's copyright. If such content is posted, the Member shall bear all responsibilities for the resulting consequences.
For the efficient operation of the Services, the Clinic may limit the member's memory space, message size, storage period, etc. If the registered content falls under any of the following categories, it may be deleted without prior notice:
1. If the content slanders, defames, or damages the reputation of another member or a third party.
2. If the content violates public order and good morals.
3. If the content is recognized as being associated with a criminal act.
4. If the content infringes upon the copyright of the Clinic, the copyright of a third party, or other rights.
5. If the member posts obscene materials or links to obscene websites on the Clinic's homepage or bulletin boards.
6. If the content is judged to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations.
The copyright of a post belongs to the poster, and members may not use the materials posted on the Services commercially, such as processing or selling information obtained through the use of the Services.
In principle, the Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special operational or technical hindrance. However, this shall not apply in cases such as regular maintenance.
Members shall not engage in acts such as hacking, linking to obscene sites, or illegally distributing commercial software using the Services. The Clinic shall not be held responsible for the results of business activities, losses, or legal actions taken by relevant authorities resulting from the violation of this provision.
The provision of services may be suspended in any of the following cases:
1. When it is unavoidable due to construction work such as the repair of service facilities.
2. When a key telecommunications business operator stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services.
3. When a system inspection is necessary.
4. When there are other force majeure circumstances.
① If a member wishes to terminate the service contract, the member must apply for termination online, and the Clinic will process it after verifying the member's identity.
② If a member engages in any of the following acts, the Clinic must notify the user of its intention to terminate the contract at least 30 days prior to the termination action, giving them an opportunity to state their opinion.
1. Stealing another person's User ID and Password.
2. Intentionally interfering with the operation of the Services.
3. Falsely applying for registration.
4. Double-registering with a different ID by the same user.
5. Distributing content that hinders public order and good morals.
6. Engaging in acts that damage the reputation of or cause disadvantage to others.
7. Transmitting a large amount of information or advertising information for the purpose of interfering with the stable operation of the Services.
8. Distributing computer virus programs that cause malfunctions of information and communication facilities or the destruction of information.
9. Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Clinic, other members, or a third party.
10. Fraudulently using another person's personal information, User ID, and Password.
11. Posting obscene materials or linking to obscene websites on the member's own homepage or bulletin boards.
12. Cases judged to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations.
The Member may not transfer or gift the right to use the Services or any other status under the service contract to a third party, nor may they provide it as collateral.
The Clinic shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the Member in connection with the services provided free of charge, except for damages caused by the Clinic's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
① The Clinic shall be exempt from responsibility for providing services if it is unable to provide the services due to natural disasters, war, or other equivalent force majeure events.
② The Clinic shall be exempt from liability for any damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as the maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, or construction of service facilities.
③ The Clinic shall not be held liable for any disruption in the use of the services caused by reasons attributable to the Member.
④ The Clinic shall not be held liable for any failure to obtain expected profits from using the services or for any damages arising from materials obtained through the services.
⑤ The Clinic shall not be held liable for the reliability, accuracy, and contents of the information, materials, or facts posted by the Member on the services.
If a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Clinic shall be the exclusive competent court.

A patient has the right to receive appropriate healthcare services for health protection and shall not be discriminated against based on gender, age, religion, social status, or economic circumstances. Medical professionals shall not refuse medical treatment without justifiable cause.
A patient has the right to receive sufficient explanation regarding their disease status, treatment methods, the necessity of surgery, and expected risks and side effects. Based on this information, the patient has the right to decide for themselves whether to receive treatment and the method of treatment.
A patient has the right to have their physical and health-related secrets regarding medical treatment protected. Medical professionals and medical institutions shall not leak or disclose such secrets without the patient's consent, except as otherwise prescribed by law, such as for criminal investigations.
In the event of life, physical, or financial damage resulting from an infringement of rights, a patient may apply for consultation and remedy to the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency (02-6210-0114, www.k-medi.or.kr).
A patient must accurately inform medical professionals of their health-related information, and trust and respect the medical professional's treatment plan.
A patient must reveal their identity before receiving treatment and shall not receive medical treatment through false or fraudulent means, such as using another person's name.
